Buying stuff with Paypal stealth account?

I found something on a website that I want to buy using my PayPal account, but its trying to make me add a credit card to my PayPal account before I can buy it. I have a 400 USD paypal account balance right now. If I add the credit card and buy the item, will it charge my card or take it from my Paypal balance

I do it sometimes too but just change my name and keep the address. packages are just getting dropped off on my porch anyway :D

My stealth account doesn't have a credit card linked to it, just a bank account. I have over 400 bucks in my PayPal account balance =/. But it still wants me to add a credit card, for an "Instant Payment." If I buy something, will it charge my credit card or will it take it from my Paypal account balance?!

It should take the money from your PayPal account. It only should take money from the cc if you don't have enough to cover it in your pp.
