 Paypal decided in sellers favour even though nothing was received
Just had a call from a collection agency saying I owe PayPal £50, I checked an old limited account and sure enough I was -£50.
at the time I got limited I had bought 2 items, once limited I told the sellers not to post and sure enough they didn't. at the time PayPal put a hold on the 2 transactions pending an investigation, and well the outcome seems to have been the decided in the sellers favour even though they never posted anything and can't confirm postage.
I told PayPal this, they said the case in now closed and can't be reopened leaving me -£50, this is the first time I have ever heard of this happening and don't know what to do now. Any ideas?
