Quick Question.... please answer/help

I have a long standing ebay account and paypal is recently limited indefinitely for low selling ratings. My question is can i create a new paypal to only buy on my existing ebay account? i am still buying but i have to pay without paypal account option. i would like to create a new one so i purchase easier...can i create new paypal with variation of name, new address,and bank, then use with my old ebay? or will ebay link my new paypal to my old and then paypal will ban my new one? if so that seems like a catch22.

Your old pp is done right? Any new pp MAY go down as well. Work with that principle and make your decision.

You are making problems for future ebay usage if you do not sort the correct methods out now.
