Small trick that may work for you people.
register paypal in canada by using canada dileup (so you will be calling long distance ...can be used for paypal . All phones can be redirected and online bank account can be opened. So you can verify all the info.

Or move to Japan. 8)

you dont need to be canadian to have a canadian bank account.

there are allot of online banks and some you can do all staff online. You can add names and staff..
bank account is not a huge problem.
Why this trick is special is because you live in usa and it will look like you are in canada. All of your gaypal info will be in canada so there is no way they can ask SexN

I bet no canadian dialup is necessary (or there is a free canadian dialup which you can use for free with a free nationwide and canada calling plan). But better yet find a canadian proxy server or VPN.


I have a better solution than moving your pressumed presence out of a country. We all work, most of us at least, and those who do not work now probably have an old W-2 tax form.

This tax form contains a federal tax id of your ******* employer, who works you as a slave for some money which you always run out of fast.

That number can be used instead of an ssn. Your employer might need a brand new ebay and paypal account, and they just might need you to manage it and sell things on it.

Ask them if they want you to make a user id for them. :)

It is rather hard to say if a Canadian paypal account would be limited. You must remember
that any paypal account of ANY country must be verified. As a flow on, you must carefully
use ebay (not sell vero, ship quickly) and get your fbs. Then you still have to mind how
money comes into your account. Just because you have crossed the border it is not a given that all will be OK. Good Luck if you do decide to do this. You might also like to tell
the forum what happens.

this will give %100 that if paypal limits your account and if you get to the point of verification where they want your SNN BAMM you from canada and there is nothing to vrarify.. exapt of All ⊗⊗⊗⊗ staff like bank acount, phone number and be fully verify.
there are so many people from canada that use ebay unbeliveble and here you are having small SNN problem. canadian proxy server or VPN can be used to hide from paypals proxy protection and phone redirections can be used for phone verifications. I do belive people here shuld test this farther and come up with safe way of using paypal where we are protected and in control.

how are you able to open these canadian bank accounts? You need a canadian residence and a SIN (canadian social) to open any bank account there.

you can open it and you can ⊗⊗⊗⊗ the number for online banks because they dont chek. Paypal is the only one who cheks. for paypal you will have bank account that dont chek ssn. I have heard that you can open online bank with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info easy. Actually i remember people on this forum saying something how they done it.

there are many ways and non of them are legal. we need bank account for verification than you can clowse it if you want to ... from verifyd paypal you can trancfer $ to authorize.com or somwere else or whatever
if you are looking for legal way then go fill up the paypal and ebay reinstatement form and sit there with no $ when you need kids to feed.
i guess you will say go get job? or you have better solution? at least i giving ideyas because it looks like this forum is out of new ideyas. And no way any one can do anything because you dont receve money on that bank account you send your $ some where else. no one can proove that you are the person whos bank account that is anyway.

Nothing illegal regarding the bank. I worked for a financial company in credit card fraud:
not pleasant what we had the power to do to a person creating a bank fraud.
And that was prior to 9/11.

You dont need to open a Canadian bank account to use Paypal canada. You can add a Canadian or US bank account.

so basically all you need is canada ip and canada bank. I wonder if us bank and us ip will do? It is very interesting to know what exactly they are looking at..
maybe they just look at the paypal address and if is in canada they wont ask for your SSN

Why would you use a canadian bank account if you live in the US? Paypal Canada accept both canadian and american bank account!

What's the distinction between a US and Canadian VISA? The merchant wouldn't know the transaction occurred in USD instead of CAD. You would have to pay the VISA exchange rate, but how would paypal know?

Yeah, and I don't think you can use a canadian address with a US issued card and vice versa.

how do they know if you are in us or canada?
how? by adress? by ip? by bank?
do they ask canadian sitizens for some kind of canada SSN that they can verify? i think not.
i think they look by adress and ip only. or maybe just adress?

To verify a canadian account you only need a valid bank account (From Canada or the US). To confirm your addresse you need a valid canadian credit card or gift card (visa, mc, amex, discover) and a valid phone number. They will never ask for ssn here, but they might ask you to fax them a governement photo id like a driver license, passport... (only if youre limited)
