I used ING successfully to get a verified account. But I don't accept any payments in that paypal account. It's just attached to my ebay account so it can sell and that's all. I divert buyers by sending them checkout invoices to ccnow and my merchant account.

Maybe accepting payments from buyers is what is triggering the limitation?

if you have paypal on your ebay acount your ccnow invoices wont do any good. most buyers will ignore your ccnow invoices and wil pay you by paypal anyway. The buyer all he sees with his brainwased brains is pay here in ebay email. They ignore the other invoices or other emails. They trust theyr god ebay and sun of god paypal.

I plan not to offer paypal on my auctions and send ccnow invoices instead, I just get a verified account to satisfy the eBay monkeys.

if you verified with paypal and is connected to ebay there is no way to just unclick paypal and use ccnow merchants account.

I signed up for ING today and they asked for my SS#...That's not good:mad:

you can give ing your ssn, they are trust worthy, there a bank and will not at all share info with ebay.

So ING is working with paypal?? Its seems to be off and on, I would like to know as i am opening a new paypal very soon

I used ING on a new PP account yesterday and verified the 2 deposits this morning. No problems.

I have an ebay account that was created and registered on 11/18/07. It has 0 feedback and ive never used it for anything. Now i want to get that account ready for selling but ebay wont allow me to without accepting paypal or faxing in documents about my merchant account, i thought accounts made 11/07 or before was free of this restriction but i assumed since no transactions have been made on that account it was being treated as a brand new account.

My question is if i verify my paypal account with a Wamu checking account and link it to my ebay account then try to fax in the merchant account documents will this help in getting them approved?
My merchant account is authorize.net with cybersource which is a Auth.net company.
