paypal new account

i want to open a new paypal account and just use it as another payment option on website,we all reddy use sagepay as the main payment prosesser,the paypal account wont be opened in my name,but in the name of my business partener,he opened an ebay account in his own name but might of used a landline number that is an a suspened ebay account we not 100% sure,now we wont be using this ebay account at all nor will we be linking this new paypal account with any ebay account so what the likley outcome with this,i heard that they not as funny with this type of account as we wont be using it to sell on ebay just as a second payment option on the site or is that just all crap.

why if you have a Secure credit card payment gateway would you dip your toe into a boiling pot of potential trouble

if the paypal account is opened with the same information as any suspended account then it will be linked at some point, not sure why you need paypal as an option anyway. My websites have worldpay and paypal as options but 90% of the sales or more are NOT paid with paypal

for the same reason like everybody thinks,that paypal is the safest way to pay and it might increase the sales,as some jackasses like using them and only them,is it true that they dont tend to bother to much if the payments are comming from outside ebay from a different website,we a vat registered company registered etc etc all above board.so should i just get someone else name on the paypal account,so if and when it does get limited we can use there id,its will be a paypal business account or merchant,so if they ask for the ulity bills or invoice we would have them with the business name on it.
