Yeah its pretty useless if you have stealth accounts and u wont be able to receive the coins u purchased.

Care to share more information about this? How do you cash from stealth pp accounts. Assume you won't talk about paxful or similar sites.

Dear lighthouse, i notice you edited this thread last back in 2018. so, i guess this is an old thread. Probably, you must have find solution to this problem but, i will like to contribute to this as well for the benefit of others members who might be in same situation.

well, there is nothing as the fastest method when dealing with paypal & ebay ok!

Secondly, there is a loophole for this issue within the paypal platform but, you need to have some advance knowledge for this to work out for you.

when you log-in to your paypal account, there is small tiny link within your = account => personal profile the section where you normally make changes to your personal info's, address,bank info's ..ecc

You will see a link that enable you to give partial or full access of yr paypal account to your collaborator.

Lets assume you are working on a collective project with a third party but, you will like to give access of your pp account to one of the collaborator in your team to handle incoming payment, make changes such as adding prepaid card, transfering fund.. to/from your/joint paypal account.

By using this option you can grant access to a third party. In same way if, for any reason you are experiencing any issue or difficulty transfering fund due to a lack of real prepaid card. you can actually use same method to give such priviledge to someone (maybe give access to yourself in order to access/manage this paypal as a collaborator from a different location) within you team.


Note : you will be reuired to create a unique collaboration ID & pw for your collaborator from this section of your pp account.

I hope this tips give you a clue of how to go about this.

Se il tuo account è stato limitato epoi ha possibilità di trasferire denaro da conto alla carta, ti consiglio di non-preoccupare (non inviare i documenti a loro) continua a utilizzare l'account cosi. Perche sono (paypal) abituato a chiedere tanto.

NOTA : è solo fondamentale a inviare i tuoi documenti quando non ha piu l'accesso account o possibilità di inviare o ricevere i fondi.

se vuoi posso spiegare meglio in lingua inglese.

I used to use MasterCard vcc to withdraw the paypal balance, but now it seems to be discontinued

My fully stealth operation has led me to this point. I planned on sending PayPal funds to a vcc which would then credit the money back to my bank. Just realized this doesn't work anymore and now I'm stuck with funds in PayPal. Any November 2020 ways to stealthy get money out of PayPal? :juggle:
