How to get money out of paypal?

I am looking for suggestions on what the fastest (and safest) methods for cashing money out of paypal is without having a PP atm/debit card and without transfering to a bank acct.

I know there has to be options I either don't know about or just haven't thought of. I am not referring to a limited / suspended pp account, but asking what methods are available to a verified pp account.
No SSN available to use for the debit card, sadly.

Are there cards I can get elsewhere online that allow loading with paypal and withdrawl at ATMs? Instant wire transfers that take PP?

I dont think there is such a service. Your flag says US, so I guess you have a SSN. It's so easy opening many bank accounts online. I have done it butt naked.

There is nothing like opening a new account while while smelling fresh out of the shower.

The only two options for US paypal accounts are, requesting a check to the address on record for paypal and bank transfer. I have seem people do cash out services but they charge somewhere of 35-50% of the amount.

Certain countries are able to withdraw directly to their visa/mastercard.

from what I know pp does not offer that.

Best way would be to get a prepaid visa/mastercard and withdraw to that using bank withdrawal.

Do you have a Paxum account?

There are "Bank Accounts" you can open which work as "Virtual" Banks but have no actual physical bank. They do charge roughly $10/month. The other downside is you have to go to a bank like BOA, Wells Fargo or other to withdraw the cash but you are subject to their fee's. This works for me because I can open 3-4 of those without problems, just need to have a SSN.

How fast do you want it?

Most of my banks have the money in 2-3 days easily and some have been a little sooner.

I use them daily.
Never had a major issue.
And the support is great! :D

Can u explain a little more in depth about this paxium, I'm looking online now... does it work like a "bank" where u can withdraw money from paypal..

Seems like another payment processor.... However I see nothing pertaining to paypal?

I saw something about adding paypal with the paypal code but that was it probably meaning you can spend with paypal but nothing for withdrawing to paypal

There are 2 that I use.

1. Ready Debit
2. Rush Card

As I said before, I've opened a few of each, Each come with Debit Card, Bank Checking Account Number, Routing Number.

YES they do charge $10 a month.
YES you will be charged a $2-$3 fee for taking money from your favorite bank.

NO they don't have local bank branches.

The last time I suggested Ready Debit people didn't seem to care due to the $10 charge, nothing is free! I would rather pay $10/month.

What if an account gets limited? Are you able to simply cancel the card free of any charges?

I am curious too also if you have 20 accounts can you open with them 10 debit cards??with checking and saving??? i mean regular bank won't open you 10 bank accounts so rush card will do?

You can get can away with a few withdrawels or maybe more but as soon as they notice the names don't match they'll lock the account, been there, done that.

Wow...this topic was discussed like a year ago (Rush/Ready)...c'mon folks pay attention.

Any advice on what to do once a bank freezes up the account for mismatching names?

Is Liberty Reserve another way to withdraw money in Paypal?

Apart from these solution, you can always try sending the balance as Paypal gifts, for example find an online forum that people are regularly selling stuff on, find something to buy, offer payment as PPG

Ready Debit canned my ass the moment they got verification deposits from paypal. Same goes for Western Union. I have Rush Card, but I've never attempted to send money to it from a stealth account. I've heard others have had bad luck with them so I'm not even going to attempt it. Plus, where is this $10 a month coming from? I've never heard of either card charging that much. Rush is supposed to be free. They mostly get you when you use your card to purchase something.

So how exactly do you get more than one "bank account"? Do you just sign up another card with them?

Like what above has asked, what if your account was limited? Can you cancel your card free of charge?

A secondary card costs $10. That is if you sign up with their "select" plan, which is $10 a month. I believe I signed up under their "control" plan which is only $3.95 a month, but free with at least $1500 a month in DD, but does not allow you to purchase an additional card. I actually forgot about the $10 service plan. It didn't work for me, but anyone is welcome to try and report back here.

is it me..or does rush cards get their ach transfers fast...i get mine within 2 days when i withdraw from paypal

I get all my deposits in 2-3 days tops.
