In the UK, if you have a william hill online betting account, do deposit from paypal, the deposit to william hill account is instant, then all you have to do is
Withdraw funds via cashdirect, they give you code, take to nearest william hill betting shop, give code and amount, "BOOM"!!! CASH IN YOUR HAND WITH NO FEES!! (THINK MOST BETTING SITES PROB HAVE SAME METHODS.

Just bare in mind that you still have to show ID in order to get the withdrawal (at least last time I checked) so really it can only be used as a cash out method for a single account

I am pretty sure you also need to roll the entire balance over at least once before they will let you withdraw it (although I could be wrong on that)

And bang, a big chance of PayPal limitations. Trust me. I love PayPal.

Sadly, this is overdone and is not high on the you beauty let's ruin a paypal account.

Craze, you should not suggest withdrawal to a VBA - VBA's aren't meant for that; only to verify the account.

A LEGIT bank account is ok for withdrawal - not a VBA (Virtual bank account)

You have to get creative...you want to withdrawal money from PP no bank....use bitcoin...but you gotta search other places..nobody gonna give the newest way in fear of getting it burnt.

Love the bitcoin idea. Plus the fact paypal is high on bitcoin makes it rock solid. I dont think they would ever question your bitcoin purchases.

You Cannot do MISMATCH on READY or RUSH.....They will REJECT the transfer.....I've already tried them....

If you don't mind losing 10-20% of your fund it is pretty safe buying Bitcoins and then selling them on.

Nobody selling BTC for PP wants to take the risk of this happening to them (I'm a reputable currency exchanger on another forum) so unless you have a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ ID and want to get banned for chargebacks on any site you trade on. I myself would like to know this but I think bank account is best way.

As a side note I don't see why there would be an issue sending PayPal funds to your own PP and adding in the transaction a disclaimer for a Virtual Item or anything really of "I understand I am purchasing blah blah blah, and under no circumstances will I charge back blah blah blah" make it seem like you're an innocent third party that made a sale.

Buy US dollar or euro or GBP pounds from ebay sellers But you will pay some extra money

Buy a virtual item and sell it for Bitcoin, of course there are risks and you will likely loose a %, but it can be done within an hour if you know what you're buying and where you're selling it.

You could also build a profile on localbitcoins and BUY bitcoin for PayPal instantly. With the Bitcoin well, you can cash that out in a flash.

Yes, you can do this. I have tried this many times. Simply enter your real name and address then paypal will treat it as sending a gift to your friend.

Some shops just leave order box near the house. So is it safer to use stealth name and only real address? I mean will it be safer?
And each 2 weeks this gifts will make problem? Or 1 time per month?
Coz i have PayPal account with income, and PayPal does not let me withdraw to BANK, but I can pay or buy anything.

So I need to find the good way to spend 300-500 pounds each 14 days. Because some my accounts get banned, so I do not want loose money. Better spend it.

How to remove the initial 2500€ limit put on the pp account?

I press on the limit removal link, follow the steps (add the card), confirm it, but the limit is still there.

Same for 14 days or more, just need wait i think. Last time they remove limits after 5 days, now 2 accounts waiting more than 14 days.

I had uploaded the documents the week before I confirmed my debit card.
It was a second debit card confirmed and the limits are still there.

my 2 cents

Buy steam key licenses in one of their marketplace sites like g2a, and sell it for less in another marketplace site, and withdraw to skrill, bitcoin, whatever they offer.

there is a visa prepaid card that works on usa accounts for withdrawl.....very few of them work but ive done it 3 times with the RUSH Card

So how about buying Krugerrand, bullion, smartphones, or anything else that can easily be sent to you and transferred quickly into cash? Of course one loses a couple of percent, but you do that with many ATM cards as well.

There is many ways to cashout a paypal account , and if you are not in the US then i guess you have to do it all digital.
