You can also just buy money on ebay. Its kind of expensive, but i use it as a last resort. =}-

I would assume they are collectables, or have some form of rarity, i.e. unique serial numbers on notes.

I can't imagine selling money at a premium for no reason.

There are countries who let some money transferring portals to just transfer money from Paypal to that said cash in portals. However, given that you are in the US, you should have your own SSN.

You're in the US I suppose based on your flag, but how come you do not have SSN? Some other countries offer direct cashing in of balance from Paypal to the said application with zero charges. But, I dunno if it's true that Payoneer can be used as an alternative to CC or Debit Card.

You can buy Circulated Cash on eBay.
It's pretty easy to get reported if you try to scam though. One example I see here:

They usually cancel your order if you try to ship to a different address, but contacting them in private can help with this issue.
Most of the guys selling circulated currency are basically a cash out service, but you have to know how to communicate with them.

Localbitcoins is the easiest. You get BTC from your PP Balance, but be prepared to give up some % on your benefits.

Buy coins & precious metals on eBay or a ton of other sites that accept PayPal. These items are easily resold anywhere in the world for cash.

Buying BTC with PP comes with undue risks and a terrible exchange rate anyway. Cold hard cash is much more useful in my opinion.

In our country one can withdraw via Mobile money. less than 200 takes 2hours. less than 500 takes 24 hours and more than that 72 hours.

I am asking how would one purchase gift cards on eBay. Would paypal or eBay freeze the account since its a new account and you are purchasing gift cards?

Stop recommending Bank account for people living outside US!
They have US stealth accs. They don't have Bank accs and address is ⊗⊗⊗⊗ on gaypal!

how does it work with your PAYPAL account (in PHilipines)?

you can even make extra money when gold and other precious metal rise in prices.
or even buy sterling silver coffee pots,teapots,cigarette cases.

what is the name of the bank?
is the debit card you are trying to link comes from a bank where you have an account?
are you entering the routing number and account number correctly?
what message are you getting?
is this your bank account?

Ebay buyers have reported that Chinese sellers are selling gold with assay card,since it is sealed ,you wont know until you open it,when you open and find it is real,it has lost some value since it has been open.

Have you looked into Western UnION website,it accepts paypal,you can send money to yourself and pickup the money at local WU office with proper ID.
Not sure if it would work for you ,but worth a try

only way is to send money to a real paypal or friends have them withdraw with instant transfer, other then that only option is to do instant transfer or bank transfer

I can't seem to add a bank account (a REAL bank account) or even the debit card attached to it.

Called paypal and asked them for help and they said they're unable to assist since the department that takes care of money transfering only works via email. I emailed them so many time with no response!

Anyone have any solution or suggestion to this?

Hey you guys know anything about this. Whenever I Upload my Bank account to Paypal It keeps asking me to verify my Identity or Verify card, IDK what to do, I dont want to verify the card because it is a Prepaid card. I can get around it by changing the Url. IDK if I should add my debit card to the account because you have to put in the billing address and I dont want my account to get linked. Anyone run into something like this

I think the fastest way to cash the money using a freelancer .
you need a to get a membership to be able to send the fund fast to your bank 2-4 hours .

Guys I just found a service called Equicex that privides cards, I bought one for $50, apparently they scammed me.. no sign after 4 days

Another option is to send money via their subsidiary company called Xoom but I've never tried it myself..

Buy btc with your paypal and sell it for your bank account, its the simplest way to withdraw it when you cant do it by bank.

Ebay sells legal tender and real fiat currency. But it cost more. A 100 dollar bill will cost at least 120 or less
