Well just to throw out an option. You could send money to a verified account (i.e. friend) that does have an instant or same-day option. Then get it in a bank or have a purchase made with the PP Debit Card. If in someone's bank account, you can Zelle to get it to your own. Transferring to someone else's account is a pretty one-off solution since you don't want to do it multiple times.

Receive funds in stealth PayPal A
Send invoice from stealth PayPal B to A
Pay invoice
Funds now in Stealth B you can now repeat process again to Stealth C

So you can always send money to your real PayPal from different stealths.

Just vary the activity if you do this, don't drain the PP to zero, operate via stealth strictly....

As rsot pointed out

You're spreading the activity across multiple stealth paypals so when you send money to your real paypal there isn't a pattern of always receiving funds from the SAME paypal if that makes sense.

One day I'll send money from stealth A to stealth D ... then from D to my real paypal. And another day from A to B then B to G and G to my real Paypal.

Mix it up ...

Obviously all of this sounds great in theory but will take a lot of work to establish so many paypal accounts.

If anything, what i've described above is probably what fraudsters would love to do. If you are a running a legit shop then a bunch of stealth paypals to withdraw to your real bank account is perfect.

There are "Bank Accounts" you can open which work as "Virtual" Banks but have no actual physical bank.

It will let me send money from one legit account to another (both have EINs attached) but won't let me send my balance from a stealth account to a legit account (one with EIN attached) Am I missing something?

I have some stealth accounts with $150 or less in that i cant confirm info on and I can't pay an invoice with my balance... Anyways around this?

The only way is to deposit that money to your bank account.

For some reason, it's letting me send money from my paypal balance to other paypal accounts. Which is awesome, because while I have like 10 accounts with $100 or less in, this particular account had $5k in it before I started draining it :heh:

It's a totally stealth account- not a real name, address, no EIN/SSN attached, etc. But I still had a eBay shipping subscription on it so I was slowly draining it by purchasing postage before I started draining it by getting it invoiced about $500 at a time by other accounts. It wouldn't let me add a bank to it so I had to try something or eat 5k and THANK GOD it's working somehow, someway.

I'll do some more research on this in the coming weeks and report back. It could be the case as the successful account does have an active eBay shipping subscription that does still withdraw from the balance for shipping on the linked eBay account.

Hey everyone- update here in regards to the "eBay shipping subscription" loophole.

I've come to the conclusion that if you still have an active eBay shipping subscription you CAN get invoiced and pay another account and you CAN still bill for your shipping through that account.

Just wanted to keep everyone posted on that.

NOW- I do have several accounts with small sums of money in them ($100 or less) that won't let me link a fresh bank account and I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to get that money out? These are also accounts that this particular loophole I speak of will not work.

A Paypal or Wmt debit card which has a monthly fee will allow you to move money from your Paypal account to that card and vice versa for US only.
But to get that PAYPAL card,you need to give PAYPAL your SSN and physical address,NOt sure how WMT card works .

IMHO linking Payoneer bank is still the best option to get money out from PayPal.
