Tax Talk - Did the new PP IRS rules effect you and how are you dealing with it?

I only started doing this in April of last year, and I didn't start getting "good" at it and doing well until about September.

For those of you who were doing this all through 2010, can you tell me more about the new PP requirements and how they started?

What happened to your accounts if they had already sold $20K in 2011 when the new reporting laws came out?

How are you coping with a 1099K being sent to an address that you may not have access to? How are you reporting this with multiple 1099K's?

These are all questions that are Freaking. Me. Out.

What I suggest is you do a search using King Ray as the user. Go thro' his numerous replies. I can assure you the answers are there.
