was going to post about this ...searched it on google and landed up in this page
so i recieved 300+$ and i sent someone 115$ tried sending more to other contact but this error popped up ...my account is still safe ...what should be my next step ????
should i wait for 2 more days and see what happens ?? or should i contact them ??
i dont have any id proof for it so if limits its gone ....is this an error or a preventive measure by gaypal ???

It is obviously his PayPal balance if he sent money funded by a payment previously received, and also the fact that he got this message...

Then it makes sense that pp has applied a light hold to your balance while they check the payment source. Fairly standard - they want to make sure that they dont get defrauded. I have seen this before. Add a cc and use money from there

same thing happened to me can someone please help me out i have a non verified candian paypal account with 500 candian dollars on it and when i went to send money i couldnt WHY NOT SOMEONE HELP??

You simply need to wait it out. Wait a few more days and then try again.

Don't try too soon or you may be limited.
