If you list the address as another country, would the same restrictions apply? Is this where the IP would come in, matching each IP to the seller account when it's created to check what geographical area you're in when you list? Does anyone know of a way you can "fool" the system to think you're in that area? Besides, if you listed the item's location being where you actually ARE--just that you're registered elsewhere--wouldn't that be enough to let it pass the system checks? |
