It could be - but I see (depending on the amount...) could be WORSE and cause limitation.
A LOT to do with pp is not just amount being sent but REPUTATION of the account.
Why do you need to use pp if you dont have to?

PP can and will hold money for any reason.
Thinking you will get around this by using this method has been done of hundreds.
Only older more solid accounts can get by with this.
