 Paypal holds for off ebay transactions?
How many months usually have to go by before a paypal gets off hold for off ebay transactions. I have noticed its 6 months for my account or does this just vary also? I have an account that I created about 6 months ago and tried about 3 months ago and off ebay sale had the hold and now I got the no holds email. Just wondering if anybody else can share there experience for off ebay transactions?
