paypal phone number
 

I am a buyer on paypal and the seller sent me an invoice to purchase items. But when i try to pay, paypal needs to confirm my phone number. But when i press call now, it says my phone number cannot be verified. When i add a number, it says it have to match address. Anyone experience these problems?
