hi all i got this email form paypal earlier what shall i do with it

2. Click “Resolution Center” near the top of the page.
3. Click "Resolve" in the Action column to view the information we need.
4. You can either fax or upload your documents to us.

what shall i do with that i sold something on ebay not the first its been 3 months to sell on ebay as dropshipping

Yes, by chance. Usually, it's a disputed credit card charge or a bank reversal.

Check the listing.

See what info there is about the buyer.

Was the account new, feedback ratings?

Was the buyer's paypal verified?

Because you are shipping internationally, you try to make sure everything will be OK for you...
things like not verified or shipping address being different might be trouble.

Yes follow pp directions - they are trying to help you manage your risk exposure.

Likely the buyer pp has been limited

they send me this mail today first they told me to wait now dont know what theg want.

what they want now i am waiting as they said before

Log in to your PayPal. Go to the resolution center, click on the case and see what they need. I would probably take a screen shot of the order detail page and upload it. That shows they made a purchase (authorized). There is also a section called notes. You can upload the fact that per there (PayPal) instructions you did not ship them item. Probably overkill, but will cover your ass.

so that problem will get me something wrong with paypal or what the damn they want i just sell recived the payment thats all

You may or may not be affected in the future - only time will tell. You should speak to the buyer and see if she or he has any problems too....could help clarify wth is going on

unauthorized also happen from hacked accounts & stolen credit cards, if you havent shipped yet, you're lucky.

i got this notice on a payment a few weeks ago turns out the buyer reported his actual card lost/stolen so the bank froze all the payments including mine it was cleared up after a few days

i answered the claim that i didn't ship the item yet and still waiting the feed back

If you shipped, Paypal wants the shipping info. If you have not shipped, do nothing and they will reverse the payment eventually.
