Once the mismatch doesn't work and the funds are returned, it's not like you can resend to the same account again. | I have two friends that have been running stealth's since 2008. While I agree someone may have got a call. They probably were a moron an opened 8-10 personal accounts at US Bank.
I can not help stupid. If you want to be an idiot an draw attention to yourself that is you battle to lose. For most of the larger banks if you 3-4 accounts. 1-2 Checking and 2-3 savings they are going to leave you alone. Especially if you build them up.
But if you are moron opening accounts like crazy and being a dumb ass like a good amount of people on this forum who are impatient and stupid. Then they are doomed. Don't even pay attention to their dumb stories. Like the people who tell you they try to open 10 online accounts then get shut down. Well no duh. Like that isn't suspicious. |

All PayPal Business accounts I have show the name of the person registered on the account. Not the business name. Unless this is the case for newer accounts created in the past year or so. It has always been and still is at least for my accounts the individuals name registered on the PayPal account. |
| SuspendedGuy | 07-08-2013 06:00 AM | Ok I just check my bank statements and the direct deposits I recieve from both Paypal and amazon don't include my name. So my bank Chase must allow any "no name" ACH. I have receive large amounts. Many being 1K, 1.5k, 3K, 4K every 2 weeks... The description of the transaction detail appears as "Paypal Transfer PPD ID: Payp... 11" and "Amazon.com Retail Dis Valdinshbe726bsbzh... CCD ID: 16XXXXX..." So if my real bank name was say Joe Smith but both Paypal/Amazon stealth name that I register was instead Adam Hanks. Big banks like chase or BOA wouldn't reject them since our names don't appear in the transaction details?! |
Name will always appear on the electronic slip to the banks. Chase is one bank that will allow it to go through but manual review will show it - will they act on it? only if your account is under investigation... dont think for a micro-second that the bank doesnt see all the info about money coming in...financial laws are always in effect |
| hapajenn1 | 07-10-2013 05:06 PM | in my opinion the method of opening multiple Savings Accounts at the same one bank can be problematic long-term. Unless you actively use the many different Savings Accounts for actual Savings purposes, it raises suspicion and can be shut down. There was another member on here who PM'd me about BOA, since the Savings Account was opened but no actual Savings were accrued then it makes the bank wonder why you need 3 or 4 more Savings Accounts.
Opening Business Accounts is the best way b/c then mismatched names is not an issue.
why isn't the option of opening Paypal Business Account suggested more often? If it is true that PayPal Business Account lists the "name" of the business on Paypal registration, then you can input anything and the bank won't see a suspicious mismatch name of Jane Doe to Nancy Williams. |
| dm3030 | 07-11-2013 03:48 PM | In my experience, when you add a bank account, it locks in the current name you have on the PP account.
If you have a business account, and add a new bank account, it will use the current business name when you withdraw. If you change the business name, it will still use the previous name if you withdraw to the same bank account.
You have to set the name first, then add the bank account, and that will be the name on the withdrawals.
This was my experience on my real account when I changed my business names and accounts a few times.
I think the smoothest way is to register real businesses as Copr or LLC and use a real EIN, for PP and the bank account |
| Mr2005 | 07-15-2013 02:17 PM | FYI, just got message from e.mig.r.a.n.t direct. I have use them for about a year with no issue. Today they said to stop transferring PayPal in other names or they would they will close my account in 30 days. |
| pippi_longsuasage | 07-15-2013 04:06 PM | Another way to circumvent mismatch If you don't mind taking the time to register a company, just come up with two, three or four names for your company name, like the format you would see a lawfirm or consulting company use and make a bank account for the company. If you chose Morgan, Roberts & Chase, then you can use any bank you want if the name of your PayPal user is Morgan Roberts.
I have never posted here, but I have been doing stealth ebay/pp since 2005 and I read these forums from time to time. There are many helpful bits of info I would never post here, but this is one solid way to have a matching name stealth account. |

| Salvo | 11-21-2014 10:16 AM | Re: Update of mismatch banks Here's some other good info to consider about credit checks on checking accounts. Few months old but I couldn't find something newer as concise. Bank Account Checking & Savings: Soft Pull or Hard Pull?
"Soft pulls" are not bad, they do not affect your score.
"Hard pulls" stay on your report regardless of the account being approved/used or not. |

"Hard pulls" stay on your report regardless of the account being approved/used or not. | One of the only banks it DOESN'T show is the one I just opened (TD Bank)
Very nice find! Thank you!!! |

| morganstern | 11-22-2014 09:19 AM | Re: Update of mismatch banks Add: RBC Bank USA
Citadel FCU
Always use your real info when opening an account. I've used variations of my real name including different spelling with Paypal transfers without any problem. Works on Amazon accounts as well. |
