I just had a buyer open a PayPal dispute for "non-receipt" when on the 21st of July, his package was out for delivery and obviously required a signature, he refused it and so it is on its way back to me. I paid nearly $200 in shipping fees for quite a heavy FedEx package and now he wants that money back. Is there any way I'm going to win the PayPal dispute if I can show with the online tracking that he refused it? I'd be happy if I get the shipping fees back. :eek: |
