Why are paypal payment being held again.
 

I've been selling on EBAY for 5 months now...I have 1,034 completed sales with $15,147.00 in sales.

My feedback rating is 99.6%. I go to ship my orders this morning and find that PAYPAL is holding my payments until I ship?

the notice says.... "While you establish a successful eBay sales history, you may not have access to your money for up to 21 days.

You may get it sooner, but it may take longer if your buyer reports a problem with the sale."

I have over 1,000 completed sales. How much of a SALES HISTORY do they need. I don't get it.....

What should I do??

99.6% is reasonable. What happened that it is not 100%?

Any issues you can think of that might have tripped this?

ok....I think I know what might of cause this.....I went to my SELLERS DASHBOARD and it says my sellers performance is BELOW STANDARD. My shipping time has 17 1's and 2's....the notice says..."Your seller performance is below standard. Your recent increase in low detailed seller ratings (1s and 2s) indicates a drop in customer satisfaction. Therefore, your seller performance has been changed to below standard until your next evaluation. That might of cause this?? What do you think....

Clue for me was that .4% less than perfection.

What are you doing shipping wise? Can you offer free shipping?

I am sorry for your troubles. What you state is ridiculous on Eb's part. Really, 99.6% and that's below standard? Just crazy. Everybody has a bad buyer from time to time. If eb expects 100% then they should require psych. eval and finacials for all buyers. LOL

I also think there has to be a better way because if a seller only has 10 sales and 1 seller has a SF (**** fit) then your rating just went to 90%. I understand it's a percentage of sales but that can be devastating for a new account and could be way beyond control of the seller. Just saying.
