Just another paypal scare tactic to make you believe they are going to do this.

Some have reported it has actually went through but others have mentioned the same as you.

We all know paypal is good for their word. :p

Mentioned in another thread, going to be a lot of 'tricks' from them with the lead up to the busy selling period.

I'd be curious what would happen if they couldn't pull the 10 cents out of my account.

And to dmshark who got his account limited, was the 10 cents successfully withdrawn from your bank account? If this was the case then that guarantees that PayPal is doing this to get the name on the account.

As I stated above this is the reason. They are hoping the banks screws up and gives them the info.

How would PP withdraw the.10 from a VBA that was purchased from one of the sellers here?

No they still didn't even do that , I just logged in from my main PC , all the correct user account and same IP been using, and put the 2 micro deposits in and verified the account when I logged out I received an email saying they noticed unusual activity and I needed to change my password and security question

I did nothing unusual I think it was just so they could get info from me , and I logged in changed password and security questions and uploaded a utility bill and within few hours was emailed saying account restored.

Also in general does PP frown upon VBA compared to real Bank

VBAs have been used a long time to verify accounts....so PP would frown if the VBA is tested and fails...
