Can Paypal limit your account if suspended by eBay???

I am currently suspended on ebay. I wanted to know if I just say screw it and don't pay the fees and will they restrict my paypal account or can they withdraw the fees from the account? I have payed with paypal on my account before with paypal but it was always just the one time payment. Also getting your eBay account suspended does that lead to account restrictions?

Since ebay and pp share all acct info--yes, they work hand in hand..
I'd settle w/ ebay-if u want to continue using that same pp acct--
OR--if u do not care about the ebay or pp acct, and its not yours personally--then YES--

Yes, i had this bad experience before. After ebay acc was suspended, one or two days later your paypal account is for sure suspended/limited. you'd better withdraw all your $$ from payapl ASAP. good luck,
