Old PayPal for Vcc & Vba payments

Can I log into my old PayPal to purchase a vcc and vba?

I have a prepaid visa but idk if that's a way that can work.

I have tried pm'ing sellers but nothing.

I am ready to start up a stealth but I cannot seem to get over this step.

You shouldn't login to your old Paypal account with the same IP as your new one, you have to keep everything separated.

Yes you can login, nobody is stopping you.

Just start login ip's if you are already aware how stealth works.

So long as you log into your old account without linking to none of the new accounts then you will be fine.
