paypal transaction says "canceled" but its not. I cant issue a partial refund!
 

Help, one of my transactions are showing in Paypal as "Canceled". However it is not canceled.
I am trying to issue a refund in shipping costs to the buyer, but it says I can only issue a full refund since this has been canceled.

Its clearly a computer glitch, but how do I go about fixing this?! I forget the DOB I used when I created the account, so is it safe to call?!?!

They've had a huge amount of glitches lately. All of my accounts say I can't send money because my account access is limited but none of them were.

I would say call them and clear it up..if you are not wanting to call just send them an email they have that option on the website.

Ive sent an email. Im just worrying about them asking too much info since its a stealth. Im so stupid I forget the DOB I used....

Gotten a bunch of BS responses from paypal about this. After going back and forth their excuse is that if the buyer used a coupon or some kind of promo the only refund that can be given is a full refund.

How should I go about doing this? I can just paypal them the money but then if they return the item they would get to keep that payment. Can I hope the buyer forgets about it?
