paypal 21 day hold on funds
Hi
when will paypal remove the 21 day hold on my funds? The moment that this is removed I can begin to start listing my profitable items. Until then I am selling cheap items in order to build up my feedback
Is it right that once i get to 20 DSR's the hold is removed? |

Paypal will remove the 21 day hold within 3 months of your 1st sale but also you must make sure you ship quick with tracking. |

Hold can be removed, yes but keep in mind, that holds can be REPLACED at any time PP deems fit...e.g. once holds are gone, never for one second think you are scott-free |

In most cases, if you dispatch it quickly & you receive positive feedback for that sale you'll get your money sooner than 21 days from personal experience :) |

If you put tracking numbers in on both ebay and paypal and ship quickly, the Estimated funds availability will shorten to like less than ten days. Eventually as you establish your seller account, the hold will go away. |

Another note, funds using a third party service are not subject to the hold (doesn't really matter in this case). As an example I use Plimus for my legit account and funds going into my PP with their API were not subject to the hold and were available instantly when I had a hold. Just a little thing to know ;) |

PayPal usually releases your funds within 4 days after the item has been delivered or once the seller leaves positive feedback. Or of course after 21 days. |

There is no set in stone time. I have a 120 day acct. with 100% fb and still have hold for no apparent reason. Another 120 day acct. just release all holds. |

I have an account 100% 65 positives no neg no neutral and 5.0 dsrs, and attached with a TRS account and even though the one has no holds this does, I opened the account this Nov23,by the 26 I got a huge increase to 350/$10000 and my TRS 4 months straight at 165/12,000. So eBay little wacky |

I initially had a 21 day hold on PP funds but after 15 positive feedback the hold is now down to 10 days. There is no hold on funds for sales made via Bonanza. PP still limits my monthly withdraws (for eB and Bonanza) to $500.00. Hopefully the monthly withdraw amount will be raised soon. |
