On reflection, here's a little story.
this dude called aspkin wrote a really good ebook.
Made a forum too and put a lot of time & effort into his work.
His 1st suggestion to make it REALLY NEAT & SIMPLE & therefore less of a problem was for makers of new stealth paypal to be careful with using the cards required to confirm paypal accounts & lift limits.
His brainwave of a suggestion was to totally avoid bank cards & use virtual cards.
it gives a layer of security.
ANd here's the strangest thing
IT WORKS for the many users who pick the method.
