Is it safe to keep PayPal unverified?
 

I have a verified phone number and verified credit card on my PayPal. However there is no verified bank account. I have never had this situation before, I have always had a verified bank account attached to my paypal accounts.

So will not having a verified bank on my PayPal account significantly increase my chances greatly of being limited or suspended on eBay?

Or will this just slow down my limits? I am fine with lower limits I just don't want to significantly increase my chance of getting limited or suspended.

I'm selling for about 4 month with unverified bank account. It's the same 10/$1000 from month to month. No ban, but no progress with limits.
Maybe it will increase soon. No problems at all.

Its a much better bet and shows 'trust' with you on paypals side (However little that is) and keep the accounts verified on all points.

A little extra layer of security for your account.

You will usually get an mc999 when you list something. Happened to me before. I was able to list something at first, then the second, bam mc999. Called in, gave me 10/500 instead of 10/1000 and my search ranking sucked.

VBA is the way to go, you will look more legit to ebay/paypal. In my experience, paypals with VBAs get less limitations (such as ID requests)

Will depend on how paypal perceives your account in terms of trust.

The mere fact of using paypal offers a chance of being limited/suspended.

I find looking trustworthy ( by having a verified & confirmes paypal) assists my selling plans.

As for `significantly increase the chances...`- nothing is 100% with PP but it does help
