my experience with new paypal for sales outside Ebay is Hold for 21 days. Had three paypals selling goods outside ebay but each sales were in the range of $20-$50 and all of the sales had hold for 21 days.

Might be because of transaction history, I tend to make a few eBay sales first, and then no probs

No Ebay Sales. Only Outside ebay sales.

I got this email from Paypal today

"Congratulations! Starting today, money from payments you receive will no longer be placed in a pending balance and will be immediately available to you.

What about money that's still pending?
We re-evaluated your disputes and chargebacks compared to your sales. Because your percentage is still high, payments from buyers will remain in your pending balance. This money will be released to you in 21 days.

The money currently set aside may be available even sooner, if we can confirm the item was delivered."

Did you do anything after you created the accounts?

Are they confirmed and verified?

I just did some sales after i created the accounts but all outside ebay and i provided the tracking number.

Yes they are verified by VBA. But not verified by VCC.

Just to add my experience my stealth account was about a week old before i sent a request for £130 when the guy paid it didnt get put on hold. And it only has a bank account on it no VCC.
