Default New paypal question
Hi i have just made a new stealth paypal last week, it has been verified with my bank account, if i was to get sent a payment of approx £150($250 as payment is coming from usa) would my account get limited or the funds placed on hold.

Payment is outside of ebay and will be sent as gift family/friends.
