Anyone here submitted a formal complaint?
One of my stealth accounts got limited with funds locked.
I submitted all the requested documents and still perma limited.
I called paypal on the phone and representative told me they are unable to provide more information because they don't know much but they advised me that i can send a formal letter to paypal's head office and ask for an detailed explanation. The address to write to is on the paypal user agreement.
Has anyone tried this? and got a response back?
i am tempted of trying this out. Mainly because the more answers paypal gives me. the more i know about their system. do you think they would provide you with the information you request like the exact reasons why they think my account is a risk or why it's linked to another account?
