paypal limited,docu submitted-no news, please help!!

my paypal was limited on Oct 19, i submitted the tracking # first and after all delivered, i submitted other documents (supplier info,invoices) in the beginning of Nov. It is already Nov 25, the status beside supplier contact info and invoices are still "in progress", i haven't received any emails from paypal regarding their final decision. my ebay account is overdue as i set paypal as auto pay, the outstanding balance at ebay is over $300 cad. and i dont want to put down my own cc to pay off the balance. can i wait until my pp is lifted and pay for the balance, but my ebay account would be restricted for unpaid status. i have very good rating at ebay, this is a powerseller account. what should i do now? please help me. thank you

Just call them. I have had so many limitations already and find the best way is talk to live PayPal rep. If your info is bogus just make sure you have all your security questions ready as they will ask you this.
