I can not spend money from stealth PP account

Hello everybody! I earn few bucks on ebay and I have a problem: In my country (Ukraine) I can not spend my money from PP. Also I can not withdraw this money (reason is the same). Can you tell me some methods to get money from stealth PP acc.

Buy gold or silver (coins or bullions) then you cha keep them or sell locally.

Most gold or silver ebay-sellers don`t want to send gold or silver to Ukraine:mad2:
And they will send ONLY to PP adress (stealth, not mine)

vpn - my PP are registered in some offshore countries - for e.g. Switzerland

eBay is not the only option to buy gold/silver from...

Google is your friend, plenty of serious sellers around.

Well, if you live in Ukraine, there are many Prepaid Visa accept withdrawals from PayPal.

I know only 1 - Payoneer, unfortunately I can have only 1 payoneer card, and it`s linked to my 1-st limited paypal

The poland paypal can be withdrawn to a polish card i guess.. mBank could be an option.

you can get the anonymous card from some resellers as I did.
Useless for my country tho...

Many users reported they start to block cards.. So, forget that polish card option if you dont want lose.
