I can not spend money from stealth PP account
Hello everybody! I earn few bucks on ebay and I have a problem: In my country (Ukraine) I can not spend my money from PP. Also I can not withdraw this money (reason is the same). Can you tell me some methods to get money from stealth PP acc. |

Most gold or silver ebay-sellers don`t want to send gold or silver to Ukraine:mad2:
And they will send ONLY to PP adress (stealth, not mine) |

You can try ask a friend to sell some stuff that you will buy from him and he will withdraw to his payoneer. Also you can open a PO BOX and order some stuff that you can easily resell, doesnt have to be gold
In the worst case you can buy some bitcoins, just wait for the right moment.
Maybe you got friends out of Ukraine that can help you? maybe you can take a vacation to somewhere and open accounts to transfer the money?
Maybe you can build a website, make it look professional and buy from yourself? |

| A few years ago there was a polish-only anonymous reloadable VCC you can withdraw up to $2600 USD/year to.
That may be helpful with your Polish accounts.
I was thinking of relocating my whole operation to Poland just for this, a few years ago.
Edit - I don't want to link to another forum on these forums, but the google search term I used was:

In Ukraine there is only 1 prepaid card and it do not work with paypal
do not work to confirm account,
do not work to withdraw - message is "please give another card"
Other non stealth cards works well to confim PP acc, but not to withdraw Quote:

I'm using virwox for bitcoin, they may only one website to accept depositing from pp.
you can transfer bitcoin to your walllet and will able to withdraw to actual bank acc. |
