Default Need a Prepaid card to make withdrawls

Hi there. I need a Prepaid debit card to make withdrawls from PayPal. I was using a greendot card but they no longer allow PayPal deposits. I tried linking a serve (American express) card but PayPal rejected. Is there any prepaid card I can use??

Serve doesnt accept paypal. Do a google search of cards that can accept paypal. I know Rushcard and Netspend do BUT I have never actually used them. Maybe someone here can give you advice on them.

Rushcard will have a high rate of fail and Netspend will not work at all. 99% of Prepaid Cards will not work and not advisable.

Because they have been shared which leads to getting burned.....sometimes it's best to not share, just saying.
