eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Country with only VCC verify

Hy.
Im new to ebay stealth and i make some stealth acounts.
4 on US and 1 in UK.
But the problem is how to verify bank account if im from Europe? And which online service is the best to verify Paypal SMS?

Get a UK bank account...?

On Europe account the money that i will earn i will buy items on stores that acept paypal. Yes the problem is also how to verify phone. Do you know the service for Italy or Europe internet phone service.

Sorry i was thinking about Virtual Bank account becuase i cant get USA bank account in Europe.

Not all countries has VBA.

And that i will be able to sell with only Netseller verifyed?

I never used Neteller but, as I mentioned before the problem is not to get an Paypal account up and verified (get an AVS from Xenix) the problem will be your IP and eventually phone verification.
I am based in Italy so I do not know how you can solve that.

If i verify paypal with vcc can i then remove card and verify another account?
Will ebay know that im using the same VCC even if is only connected to 1 paypal.
For phone verification i will try to find cheap VOIP internet number.
Do you maybe know for any other country that need only VCC to verify?
