Country with only VCC verify

Hy.
Im new to eBay Stealth and i make some stealth acounts.
4 on US and 1 in UK.
But the problem is how to verify bank account if im from Europe? And which online service is the best to verify Paypal SMS?

Change your flag to the correct country, please.

Dont use a USA flag if you are not there.

Social Security Numbers are a USA thing. So you don't need an SSN in any other country. However, each country may have its own equivalent of an SSN, or PayPal (for ID verification) could request a passport number.

I don't know of any country where they would not require a bank account, though.

Maybe others will chime in.

There are many websites that will allow you to use their phone numbers to receive an SMS text message. The problem is, most of them are blocked by PayPal. You are not the first person to think of them as a way to receive the verification code.

You would need to find one that nobody used before you did. And that is VERY UNLIKELY to happen. It would be like winning the lotto, statistically speaking.

Aha so if there is no Bank account showing on that link for country so that is mean that i dont need bank account for verify paypal?

But the problem in that countries are that if they dont requre bank account for verify you need provide ID am i right?

And what if i use paid service for verify paypal?
Like VOIP or something like that?

some countries like australia for example only requires vcc to verify no bank needed

Its ok if i make Australia VPN paypal account and then connect Entropay card?
And will i have some reciving limits like in Europe i have 2500€ per year limit.

No, Australia has a different anti-money laundering limit.

You seem to think using other countries are easy. They are not.

What do you know already about ebay?

No, sorry my mistake. That link is for withdrawing and has nothing to do with paypal to be verified.
For Italian Paypal I can confirm my account with VCC or CC only.
No documents are required. You might be asked to confirm the phone number with text code.

I know few thing about ebay.
And i also know alot tehnical with computers.
I was selling for 1 year but then i got restriction.

I have buyed 5 VPS servers. 4 are from US and 1 from UK.
I alredy verify with VCC
So im searching what virtual bank will be the best for fast verification

And im also want to create some Europe paypal accounts where i will need only VCC verify that i will buy from forum. I need only to create few europe paypal account verify with VCC and start selling.

Yes.

Italy belongs to the EU.

All countries that belong to the EU have limits and anti-money laundering limits for paypal usage.

What I would like you to do is read over the paypal site.

That way you find out many things. If you find something, you do not understand, write it down & ask us.

That way you can properly find out info to use.

Just a warning.
Speaking for my country again, careful in doing so because not all the VCC are welcome by Italian Paypal and I guess it could be the same for other EU countries.

What cards are you using VCC or real cards?
And you think that this from forum will work?

I personally tend to use real cards but some VCC from this forum has definitively worked well for my accounts.

I do not want to put down any seller in here but I have already posted in the forum that Xenix AVS has worked for me in the past (some months ago...).
I do not guarantee they are still working now.

Doing so, you will be able to attach an eBay.it account and sell in Italy.
When the account will be 90 days old from first successfull transaction and with at least 10 positive feedbacks you will be able to sell on other platforms.

Do you have any plan for withdrawing money? This is not a negligeable issue...
