Yeah not only do your accounts needs to be over 3 months old you need to have over $250 in sells and over 25 transactions to get past the holds.

Unless you have done something to trigger a red flag and it sounds like you have by sending to much to fast or sending to the same person repeatedly.

That is not true, you are confusing ebay with paypals newer and more common now 21 day hold policies for non ebay items

Ok well tell me how to get past the 21 day Paypal holds then?

What does it take? Im sure what I said is close to how to get past the 21 day holds that paypal places on your account. Regardless of how you are receiving funds when using a new paypal account.

I have read here that if you get pass 1 and 2 paypal will let u slide on 3 after a couple weeks

I think that now paypal is hitting themselves in the foot because why would I use paypal now unless it is for ebay? There are many other places that you can send instant money without the paypal hassle. I was using it to pay employees, I was taking payments on Items and services but now I cant use it, and I wont use it for those purposes. I will ask for other method of payments

Obviously Paypal is not going to screw Walmart But I wont put my real money into their system to make payment anymore they are too HIGH RISK to the small guy. they maybe dont want the small guy anymore
