Ok let me get this. 1 its a secret, 2 it only works for you, 3 you know it does not work for others and if you tell paypal will change their policies based on your post here. You get a big OK from me |

| Yeah because maybe literacy escaped you. No, I will not give any tips out, because the more people do it, the more of chance they will catch on. I don't care if anyone "believes" me. I know it works. It has been for the last 2 months. In the meantime, you can sit behind your computer screen and insult people and enjoy your holds. |

| Kind f like you, going out of your way to point all this out? It's not a super secret as you put it, but Im not going to post tips publicly as others have also advised against it in the past. So, please take your attention seeking self and move on. |

| Literacy might have escaped me but stealth has not. I would tell you what i think of you but paypal might find out or even worse someone else might say the same thing and ruin it for all of us. Stay with my holds lol, i was doing stealth when you were still crying about the neighbor kid taking your toys! |

| He did share this method with me. However, following the method 100% as explained, it did not work for me. Still got the account limitations as soon as I received the first payment/transaction.
He has said, however, it works for him even on new accounts created just a couple days ago, but it definitely does NOT work for me. |
