Default pp holds on website sales
not even selling through ebay but through private website getting holds on each transaction... really messing with my cash flow..

Its just the way it is.
Paypal closed that loophole awhile back and is now imposing holds on most transactions.
Make sure all goes well with the accounts and within a few months those holds will disappear.
