When i try to confirm instantly i get this error what do I do to get past this?

Happens to me sometimes too.
From what I understand paypal are using a third party to do the instant confirmation and if that agent is offline (which happens sometimes) then the error message is received.
Try again in a few minutes and you should be able to get it done. At least that's how it was for me on a couple of occasions I got that message.

Can you consider not doing instant confirmation?

Which bank ( this time) is giving issues?

Had the same issue when trying to make an ebay account earlier today.

Something seems off.

Perhaps the hackers got to ebay as well?

Yep I always just wait till they make a deposit instead of them wanting me to log in from their window seems fishy lol I rather play it safe
