Salvo | 01-06-2015 02:02 PM | Question about dispute process Just a question about pp's dispute process... buyer opened a SNAD on pp only (nothing in eb resolution center) on christmas eve. Didn't notice it until the 26th because of the holidays. I told them to return it to me for a full refund and gave them my return address. They responded about 5 days ago saying it was dropped off at the post office, but still hasn't shown up back to me....Buyer says it should of been here yesterday, but hasn't given me a tracking number yet.
What my question is, on the pp dispute page it only gives me the options to approve the dispute & give a full refund, or don't approve (other options available). Can I request through (other options) to return the item for a refund (like eb's resolution center)? I just want to make sure pp knows I'm OK with giving a refund once the item comes back, so the claim doesn't get closed against me for not responding. |
