Taking money out of paypal without a bank account

I wanted to know if there is anyway to get money out of paypal without using a bank account attached? I seen paypal had their debit card, but being a stealth account not in my name that seems risky.

You cant get a pp debit card without ss and only other method is to buy it ship it to you and sell it. Maybe try some virtual ie btc or something but that leads to a quick limit.

There are several threads that discuss cashing out methods but none of them are as safe and effective as simply pulling the funds into your own bank account.
Youre in the US. There shouldn't be any reason for you not to do so as well.

I'm not aware of any PP debit cards that don't require SS#. Which ones?
