10 bank accounts....think, security looks at that...money laun....ring possibly
maybe money goes in as quick as it goes out where is the profit in that for the bank.

Sounds like the bank is rejecting them. This may have nothing to do with the reps but the main bank.... Id try to go to a branch to see what is up. They would be able to go further into their systems and see the issue.
