I had a similar situation a year ago but received an email notification that the account would be locked for another 45 days. I was able to withdraw at that point. I wish you luck as I know there is a lot more to this post than stated. But that's your business.

try smaller increments. you'll always get a error trying to withdraw 4 in one shot!

T&C's have nothing to do with law.

However, you would have to pursue this through the courts, and would need a good attorney because, you will of falsely represented yourself to use the account, and where this stands on a legal basis, is anyones guess.

We will probably see more cases in court regarding this in years to come, especially with more and more people getting these limitations and for large sums, then we might gain some answers.
