Not as described for incorrect business items
I recently bought some stuff from China to sell and this time I used a different supplier since I was buying in bulk. I paid via paypal and the packages finally came today. However, the colour of one of the items is wrong. The supplier ended up sending me grey instead of the black that I ordered which I find weird since he sent me the correct black in the sample that he sent me prior to me ordering. He also sent them in a different style of packaging than the one I asked for. There were 100 of these that I ordered altogether and 20 of them were black. The rest are fine and in the correct style of packaging and correct colours but the supposed 'black' one is not.
I've already emailed the supplier and told him that I'd open a case on paypal if he doesn't sort it out.
Would paypal require me to send back the incorrect items for a partial refund or return it all for a full refund? If so, would I be required to pay the return postage? I don't mind returning them but because it was from China the fees are high and on top of that I had to pay £100+ for duties and tax.
In any case, I'm hoping the supplier replies back to me by tomorrow morning.
