| It's the same with personal accounts though. Within the first 90 days when you are having the usual holds from ebay transactions, most will be held but there are some that go through as instant. I've never figured out why that is. However, when Paypal gives you a set release limit, it doesn't matter...your payments are instant. Every time. Even on ebay, it says my estimated funds release date are XXXX, but I've already received the funds right when the buyer paid. Quote:
