Hmm interesting. Well, sometimes with new business accounts, when you dont have the release limits, the first payments you receive go into that 21 day hold cycle, or sometimes they clear right away.

If they don't like the DOB and last four SSN you put in, you will be given a $500 release limit with a message saying they were unable to verify you. You must then send in verifying documents IF you want the limit increased past $500. Therefore, the first $500 you receive per month will not have any holds and be available immediately. After $500, you will have the usual holds.

Create the account properly and you can get higher release limits. I have seen up to $100,000 release limit on a brand new account.

You should be making and selling accounts!
I've never started out a new account over 10/1000

It's the same with personal accounts though. Within the first 90 days when you are having the usual holds from ebay transactions, most will be held but there are some that go through as instant. I've never figured out why that is. However, when Paypal gives you a set release limit, it doesn't matter...your payments are instant. Every time. Even on ebay, it says my estimated funds release date are XXXX, but I've already received the funds right when the buyer paid.

There are plenty of account sellers on here. I don't have any reason to sell accounts. It isn't that a big revenue generator.
