stone age ideas like wait 2 days or 3 days wont change anything.
even if you will change the PC and your internet, you will have the same results...
when you send payment they check both accounts similarity, both sender and receiver will be limited in the same min ...
they might:
1- open a dispute by pp
2- reverse the payment
3- 24 hours under review
