How long has paypal been asking for the last 4 of ssn for signup to business accounts? Will I be be able to if i can't provide that? i imagine type in any number I will have my account suspended when the ssn check? any insight on this guys!

I put my mom's thing is the company was under her name at the start and then I changed it to my name so I had papers stating both names lol just in case . . . That could be food for thought... it cost me $150 to change corp name in Florida. ..
