How to withdraw my money from Paypal to Entropay?

Hello!

Today I tried to add Entropay Visa to withdraw my money from Paypal, but I received an error in yellow box saying I should try later date. Yesterday I tried to add Payoneer bank account even that was without a success.

Is there any virtual credit card like Entropay, Neteller which works for withdrawing your money? Maybe VISA BANCORE?

Slovenia. I am currently using my VISA Electron from my local bank for withdrawing money, but looking for solution since I don't like that. I can only add US bank account (I tried Payoneer - didn't work) and VISA cc (I tried Entropay - got that error) for withdrawing my money from Paypal.

The strange thing is that they accept VISA Electron for withdrawing, but not VISA Entropay. I hear many use Entropay for Paypal withdrawing. Any thoughts?

I just checked with one of the account where I have Entropay successfully connected. It still asks for bank account to withdraw money.

Funny that some Latvian and Israeli users here mentioned that they can withdraw with Entropay.

Do you maybe know if some virtual cards provider have an option to top up accounts with Paypal? Everywhere I go Paypal is not in option. For example Neteller has 1000s options for topping up but Paypal is not among them.

Can confirm Latvia works, I kadra a mistake and withdrew to Entropay instead of another card and it worked
